Church Ordinances

The Lord's Supper

Grace Chapel Fellowship adheres to the Biblical practice of partaking in Holy Communion as outlined in I Corinthians 11:23-26. The use of bread and the fruit of the vine during Communion serve as a memorial of His broken Body and Blood at Calvary. The adherence to this Ordinance not only is a proclamation of His death, but acknowledges the prophecy fulfillment of His Second Coming.

 Baptism in Water

Grace Chapel Fellowship adheres to the Biblical practice of baptism by immersion in water. All who repent and believe in Christ as Savior and Lord are to be water baptized (Matthew 28:19).  Based on Scripture and early Church traditions, each candidate was symbolically buried in water and brought up again as a picture of death, burial, and resurrection in complete identification with Christ. In doing so, the candidate declares to the world they have died with Christ and they have been raised with Him to walk in newness of life (Romans 6:3).

Infant Dedication

Grace Chapel Fellowship also prescribes to baby dedication unto the Lord. This is not an ordinance of the Church, but is a means of presenting a new-born baby or minor to the Lord along with a commission to the parents and family to bring up the child in the fear and admonition of the Lord (I Samuel 1:28).
